With training camp on the horizon, the Buffalo Bills have hit a slight hiccup.

Per Tuesday's NFL transaction wire, Bills rookie defensive end Landon Jackson was placed on the physically unable to perform list. Jackson counts on the active list.

Buffalo Bills Mandatory Mini Camp

Bills defender Landon Jackson has been placed on the active/physically unable to perform list.

The injury and cause are not known as Jackson was healthy during OTAs and minicamp.

Jackson (6-foot-6, 264 pounds) was a third-round pick of the Bills this year out of Arkansas.

On top of Jackson's injury, the Bills' defensive ends enter training camp with veteran Joey Bosa coming off of a spring injury and with a looming six-game suspension for Michael Hoecht.

The rest of the group consists of Greg Rousseau, AJ Epenesa, Javon Solomon and rookies Hayden Harris and Paris Shand.
