Shaq issues warning to RG3 over Angel Reese

Shaquille O’Neal issued a warning to Robert Griffin III in a recent podcast appearance.

Shaq was a guest on the “Off the Record” show hosted by Bailey Jackson and Lachelle Smith for an episode that was published on Tuesday. During the interview, O’Neal went right after Griffin.

“RG3, tweet another monkey post about my girl Angel Reese, I’m going to punch you in the f-cking face,” O’Neal cautioned. “It’s enough. I usually don’t do stuff like this, but just stop it, bro.

“You got your job, you got your podcast. Leave my Angel Reese alone. I’m the one calling her, telling her not to respond. F-cking stop it. That’s the last time.”

Shaq revealed that he has been counseling Reese and advising her not to get in the middle of things. O’Neal also described Reese as from the streets and said he had to tell her to show restraint. Shaq views himself as a protector for Reese.

“Don’t pick on that little girl. Guess what? I’m her protector,” he said.

In May, Griffin drew attention after he stated with authority that Reese hates Caitlin Clark.

Last week, Griffin waded back into the subject with a post about Reese. Contrary to the way Shaq portrayed it, Griffin condemned the monkey photo of Reese.

Alright. This has got to stop. There is no place for racism in this world. Whether you like a player or not. Angel Reese should never be called or depicted as a Monkey.

O’Neal isn’t the only one who took issue with the post. Ryan Clark also reignited his feud with Griffin in response.

Will Griffin allow himself to be intimidated by O’Neal, or will he ignore it and do his thing?
