Stuttle arrived at Bescot on a season-long loan from the South Coast earlier this summer ahead of his first campaign in the Football League.
The 19-year-old impressed at Farnborough during the second half of last season - scoring 10 times in 19 games in the National League South.
Walsall have developed a strong track record on the loan market in recent seasons, especially with the successes of Tommy Simkin, Emmanuel Adegboyega, Freddie Draper and Nathan Lowe.
And Lowy is hopeful that the experience Stuttle gains at Walsall will have similar benefits for his career going forward.
