Liverpool travel to Asia later this month to face AC Milan and Yokohama F. Marinos during a pre-season tour.
The Reds defeated Championship side Preston North End 3-1 in their first friendly of the summer at Deepdale on Sunday, with Conor Bradley, Darwin Nunez and Cody Gakpo all on target for Arne Slot’s side.
Having overseen a Premier League title triumph during his debut season in charge at Anfield, Slot will want to achieve more success this time around and the Merseyside giants have already bolstered their squad this summer.
Florian Wirtz and Jeremie Frimpong have both arrived from German outfit Bayer Leverkusen, while defender Milos Kerkez was also signed from Premier League rivals Bournemouth.
Now, it appears that one member of Slot’s squad could be on his way out of Anfield before the end of the current transfer window.

According to Fabrizio Romano, winger Luis Diaz is still open to the prospect of leaving Liverpool this summer if a suitable offer is presented to the Reds.
It is claimed that the Colombia international has already been the subject of a bid from Bundesliga champions Bayern Munich and an approach from Spanish giants Barcelona, both of which were rejected by the Premier League holders.
Romano claims, however, that both Bayern and Barcelona remain in direct contact with the 28-year-old’s representatives and are expected to try again in their efforts to land the player.
Diaz joined Liverpool from Portuguese side Porto in 2022 and has since scored 41 goals in 148 games for the club across all competitions, as well as providing 23 assists.
Liverpool are said to be intent on keeping hold of the Colombian, who is under contract at Anfield until the end of the 2026/27 season.
