Leeds United managed to score 95 goals in the Championship last season. A lot of that was down to Daniel Farke’s tactics.
Since the German took over Leeds, they have returned to the much more attacking style. Farke made the most of his team and almost achieved promotion in his first season in charge. Even after losing some of his top players this past season, he still won the Championshp and got the club promoted.

His tactics heavily relied on wing-play; the fullbacks and wingers were the best parts of the team. Jayden Bogle and Junior Firpo were fullbacks, but they almost played like wingers down the flanks. It was no surprise that the top scorers in the team outside Joel Piroe were wide players.

One of Leeds’ best players from last season was Manor Solomon. The Spurs loanee contributed to over 20 goals last season. Unfortunately, the club have not been able to bring him back on a permanent deal.
The Whites have three first team wingers in the squad, with one more addition expected this summer.
According to Sportsboom, West Brom star Tom Fellows has caught the eye of Leeds United. The England international had 14 assists in the Championship last season. The baggies are expected to try and keep hold of their young star this summer. No approach has been made by Leeds yet.
Midfielder receives high praise from Don Goodman
Fellows is highly rated across the youth groups in England, with many tipping him to go on to greater things. Pundit Don Goodman has warned the talented player not to rush a move to the Premier League:
“14 assists last season in the Championship is very impressive, along with four goals,…” (quotes via Express and Star).
“Last year was a real breakout season for his development. So for me, a little bit like Hutchinson, Tom Fellows would probably be best served by another season in the Championship with West Bromwich Albion.”
Tom Fellows would be an ideal signing
With Manor Solomon and Junior Firpo gone, Leeds need a wide creator. Both players helped the team to unlock defences last season, and fellows could fill Solomon’s role.

14 assists and 64 chances created ranked near the top of the league. Fellows was also one of the best crosses of the ball. He would provide a very useful outlet if Leeds United sort out a deal.
