Bournemouth have signed Chelsea goalkeeper Djordje Petrovic for £25m on a five-year deal.
The 25-year-old moved to Stamford Bridge from MLS side New England Revolution in 2023, making 23 Premier League appearances.
But he fell out of favour at the club, with Enzo Maresca deeming him not good enough with his feet.
The Serbian shot-stopper was sent on loan to Strasbourg, who are also owned by Todd Boehly and Clearlake Capital, where he hugely impressed.
He was named the club's player of the season after helping them to a seventh place finish in Ligue 1, earning a UEFA Conference League berth.
Strasbourg, Monaco and Sunderland were all interested in Petrovic, who asked to be left out of the Club World Cup so he could finalise a move, but Bournemouth ultimately secured his signature.

'I'm really happy to be here,' the Serbia international said. 'I came to Bournemouth because I want to grow and I want to play at the best level.
'Together with this club, with these facilities, I think we can achieve it. I want to help the team get the results, improve every day and be a better player.'
Bournemouth's president of football operations Tiago Pinto added: 'The opportunity to sign a player of his calibre in the market was one we had to take, particularly given how vital the position of a goalkeeper is.
'We have been looking for the right talent to invest in within this area of the pitch and Djordje has very impressive qualities, as well as a lot of experience for someone who is still young.'
Petrovic will link up with the Bournemouth squad before their pre-season tour of the US and is the second Chelsea goalkeeper that they have signed in two years.
They had Kepa Arrizabalaga on loan last season. The Spanish international has since signed for Arsenal for £5m, a significant loss on the £72m the Blues paid Athletic Bilbao in 2018.

Meanwhile, Bournemouth keeper Mark Travers has completed a move to Everton, signing a four-year contract.
He is expecting to act as a back up option for number one Jordan Pickford.
The 26-year-old Irishman made 82 appearances for the Cherries since joining in 2018 and also had loan spells at Middlesbrough, Stoke, Swindon and Weymouth.
