Arsenal could sell Ben White and Gabriel Martinelli in order to afford a move to sign Real Madrid winger Rodrygo.
The Gunners are in full flow in their summer transfer business, as they have already secured several names, and are close to adding arguably the most important deal of the summer. Arsenal are very close to signing Viktor Gyokeres from Sporting CP.

He would fill the Gunners’ vacant striker spot, and potentially could be the last piece of the puzzle for Mikel Arteta to win a Premier League title. Gyokeres netted 54 goals in 52 games last season, so his ability speaks for itself.
However, if the Gunners really are to go and win a league title next year, they may as well give it everything in the transfer market, and sign a real world class talent. They have been linked with Real Madrid winger Rodrygo, and it has been said that he would be their dream target for the left wing.
Liverpool are also credited with interest in the winger, but if Arsenal made a move now, they could get the Brazilian, who could leave Madrid, as they are reportedly open to selling him. The 24-year-old made 54 appearances last year, scoring 14 goals, and providing 11 assists.
Arsenal could sell £87m duo to fund Rodrygo deal
Despite being open to selling the winger, Real Madrid are certainly not going to let him leave for cheap. It has been reported recently by the Metro%20on%20the%20Brazilian.), that the Spanish giants have set a mega £86m price tag for the winger.
If Arsenal wanted to go out and get him, they could sell just two players in order to afford him. Firstly, Gabriel Martinelli. This makes sense anyway because Rodrygo would play ahead of Martinelli. He has been linked to Bayern Munich as of late, and with a market value of £48m, could easily help fund a Rodrygo deal.
Secondly, Ben White has struggled with injuries over the past year, he has also lost his starting spot to the likes of Jurrien Timber and Riccardo Calafiori. With that in mind, Arsenal could cash in on the English defender, who still has a market value of £39m.
If they were to sell these two, they would be able to afford Madrid’s asking price, and would be able to secure a real league-winning type of player. Jude Bellingham recently called Rodrygo the ‘most talented’ in a Madrid shirt. Speaking to Spanish outlet SABC Sport, he said: “Rodrygo is massively underrated…he’s the most talented and the most gifted in the team…The things Rodrygo does with the ball…if I tried, my ankles would be in bits.”
