Leeds United have been linked with a long list of targets this summer. But despite all the news and rumours, the club has signed just four players in this transfer window.
Sources claim that the club has been tight lipped over potential moves this summer. This is the reason why some of the deals have been completed in days, like with Lukas Nmecha and Gabriel Gudmundsson.

The club have done a great job with transfers so far. Leeds have been patient in contacting clubs, and firm in negotiations. It is one of the reasons why they have only spent £30million, but have added strong quality and depth in many areas of the squad.
Last season the club had to rely on Joel Piroe for all 46 Championship games, but now the club have added depth in Lukas Nmecha.

Leeds United linked with move for Juventus star
Juventus star Douglas Luiz is out of favour in Italy and could see an exit from the Serie A club soon. It would come as a shock as his performances last year landed him a big money move to the Italian giants.
Leeds reportedly reached out to the player, but no deal has been discussed. Luiz played in the Club World Cup and is expected to be in pre-season.
Injury issues will not be a problem

Luiz was plagued with injury and fitness issue for most of last season. He did not play as many games as expected of him. This has raised some flags among possible suitors.
In the unlikely event the Whites can broker a move for the Brazilian, Physical Therapy specialist Dr Brar says passing a medical will not be an issue for Douglas Luiz:
“Leeds may take a closer look at his history of hamstring and muscular injuries to assess the risk of recurrence and determine if there are any outlier or high-risk issues.” he said to MOT Leeds News.
“However, based on his record in recent seasons, I do not see him facing issues with his medical.
“The prior Premier League experience will also help with his adaptation.”
A fully fit Douglas Luiz could be useful for Leeds
The transfer window is not over yet, and there is a very small chance Luiz ends up in West Yorkshire. But if he does make his way to Leeds United, his fitness would mean a lot.

He is still a very good midfielder, and it showed in the 518 league minutes he played. A dynamic all-rounder who can defend, create and score. Would be a valuable option for the club.
