Arsenal are poised to smash through the £200million spending spree as they edge closer to wrapping up deals for Viktor Gyokeres and Cristhian Mosquera this week.

The Gunners have already splashed serious cash on signings including Kepa Arrizabalaga, Martin Zubimendi and Christian Norgaard. With a £52m swoop for Noni Madueke also sealed, you'd think Arsenal might call it quits after securing agreements for Gyokeres and Mosquera.

However, Andrea Berta and his team are anticipated to pursue another marquee signing beyond those targets, with Rodrygo and Eberechi Eze remaining on their radar. Departures are also on the cards with Bayern Munich showing fresh interest in Gabriel Martinelli this week. Additional players could head for the exit door, with several squad members now deemed surplus to requirements.

Here's the latest transfer talk from The Emirates.

Liverpool have apparently entered the hunt for Rodrygo this week and, according to AS, the Reds will shortly dispatch officials to hold club-to-club negotiations with Real Madrid regarding a move for the forward.

Arsenal have been strongly connected with Rodrygo, 24, in their quest for a new world-class left winger this summer.

However, with major deals for Noni Madueke and Viktor Gyokeres in motion, it's unclear whether a swoop for the Brazilian can materialise.

Reports now suggest Liverpool are prepared to do "everything in their power" to secure Rodrygo with Luis Diaz pushing for a summer departure. Arsenal set sights on major signing.

Fulham have reached out to Arsenal with hopes of bringing Reiss Nelson back to Craven Cottage.

The 25-year-old Arsenal forward spent the previous season on loan at Fulham but was limited to just 11 appearances due to injury.

Nelson is among a group of players that Arsenal are open to offloading this summer. BBC Sport reports that Fulham have made contact with Arsenal about a potential deal, possibly a loan, which would see Nelson return to Craven Cottage.
