After two years of dating, the couple moved in together
The influencer has been dating the Houston Texans wide receiver since 2023. Earle and Berrios met at a party in February of that year, but they didn't begin dating until the following month. After a few months of playing coy about her relationship with the "NFL Man" in early 2023, Earle officially confirmed their romance in November.
"When I met Braxton, I literally was like, 'The last thing on earth that I want is a boyfriend,' which is why it took me so long to date him," she shared on an October 2024 episode of the Hot Mess with Alix Earle podcast. "So I was like, 'I don't want a boyfriend.' I was literally like, f--- that. I'm not doing it.' "
However, ever since the two made their relationship official, they have each supported each other at their respective events — including the 2023 ESPY Awards, the Super Bowl and Coachella. Meanwhile, Berrios has also appeared in several of Earle's TikTok and Instagram videos.
In April 2025, Earle announced that she had moved into Berrios' home in Miami, Fla. She shared the update after clarifying that she wasn't leaving Miami — despite Berrios agreeing to a one-year deal with the Houston Texans after two seasons with the Miami Dolphins.
So, who is Alix Earle's boyfriend? Here's everything to know about Braxton Berrios and his relationship with the influencer.

Berrios was raised in Raleigh, N.C., where he attended Leesville Road High School. Though he had offers from a number of famous football schools like Ohio State University and Clemson University, he chose to play for the University of Miami, an hour away from where his father grew up in Homestead, Fla., he told Forbes in July 2024.
Berrios shared that because of his upbringing, he grew up rooting for the Dolphins and the Miami Hurricanes. When he was first drafted by the New England Patriots and then the New York Jets, he joked his dad had to switch allegiances.
"The whole side of my dad's family is from here," Berrios said of Miami. "You can imagine when I was drafted to New England, my dad was very happy."
He continued, "But he was like, 'Oh, gotta root against my Dolphins.' And then going to the Jets and having my family root against the Dolphins. When I signed with Miami, it's kind of a full circle moment. And this is home for me."
However, Berrios will be living in Houston during the 2025 NFL season.

The wide receiver first joined the NFL in 2018 when he was selected in the sixth round by the Patriots. During his first year in the league, Berrios was placed on injured reserve and didn't play a game, but still earned a Super Bowl ring after the Patriots defeated the Los Angeles Rams in February 2019.
Berrios was waived during final roster cuts in 2019 and was claimed by the Jets. He played with the team for four seasons before resigning a two-year $12 million contract in March 2022. However, a year later, the Jets released Berrios and he signed a one-year contract with the Miami Dolphins the following week.
"I didn't [expect it],” Berrios told Forbes. “But this is part of the business — you learn not to have so many expectations — as sad as that is — and you have a loyalty to the team you're with and sometimes they serve that and sometimes they don't."
He re-signed with the Dolphins in March 2024, but just seven weeks into the season, Berrios experienced a season-ending injury when he tore his ACL.
In March 2025, Berrios signed a one-year contract with the Houston Texans.

In the December 2023 episode of Hot Mess, Earle shared that she and Berrios first met at a Miami party in February of that year.
“He’s super cool, super nice, and flash forward two weeks, I get invited to go to the Super Bowl," she said.
However, he was just getting out of a two-year relationship with Sophia Culpo, which Earle was insecure about, she said, so "nothing had really happened" between them in February, and they were just friendly.
Berrios then officially asked Earle out on a date in March during which he surprised her with a helicopter ride over Miami.
Rumors swirled about their relationship throughout 2023

As Earle began teasing her and Berrios' rumored relationship online — though clarifying in the comments sections of her TikToks that he was not her "bf" and that they weren't officially dating — drama between her, Berrios and Culpo began to stir up.
Culpo confirmed her and Berrios' breakup in March and, in June, seemingly alluded that the football player had cheated on her with Earle.
Berrios broke his silence on the situation on his Instagram Stories in June after staying quiet because "it's totally out of character" for him to "talk about his private life publicly."
"I don't wanna start anything. I don't wanna fuel anything. I genuinely want all this to be over and everybody to move on and do whatever makes them happy," Berrios said. He added that the relationship was "good" and "healthy," but "towards the end" things "weren't working out" and there was no other reason for his breakup with Culpo.
Earle later also denied that Berrios had cheated on Culpo with her in a September 2024 episode of Alex Cooper’s Call Her Daddy podcast. She said that reading the comments after Culpo accused her of being a homewrecker was "triggering" and led her to “bawling my eyes out to my friends.”
Earle added that she confronted Berrios about the situation "probably 110 times" because she said she knew if he could do that to another person, he could that to her too.
“You know I was asking for the receipts," she said. "Like, right away I was probably more psycho than she was. I was like there’s just no f------ way this happened. Like, I was checking everything."

Though the two made their public debut when they walked the ESPYs red carpet together in July 2023, Earle and Berrios were "not exclusive" at the time.
"Maybe in traditional Hollywood terms, that could be interpreted as a 'hard launch' of a relationship, that’s not what it was at all," a source told PEOPLE. "Both have continued to keep things casual. The two have always agreed they were not exclusive or official."
However, in November 2023, Earle officially confirmed the two had put a label on their relationship and were together.
During a live taping of Call Her Daddy, Cooper confronted Earle and asked her once and for all if she had a boyfriend, to which she replied, "I mean ... yes."

Even before they made their relationship official, Berrios and Earle were getting close to each other's families.
In September 2023, Earle shared in a TikTok that she met Berrios' mom for the first time when she attended one of his Dolphins games. However, the meeting didn't go exactly as she planned.
After Berrios' mom encouraged her to eat, Earle said she was "shoving" food in her mouth, but then when she laughed, “the ham spit out of my mouth across the room.”
“I tried to laugh it off,” she said.
Berrios also has become close to Earle's family, as she frequently posts videos of him spending time with her parents and younger siblings. In a June 2024 TikTok, she even shared that she brought Berrios along with her to Wisconsin to meet her grandma.
They are supportive of each other's careers

Earle became a mainstay in the stadiums at Berrios' games in the 2023 NFL season and did the same in 2024. In an August 2024 TikTok, Earle shared how she surprised Berrios by dressing up as him in his complete jersey and gear.
She posted another TikTok of his reaction after she FaceTimed him and showed him the look, which he called "the greatest thing I've ever seen."
Berrios is also supportive of Earle's career and understands that when she needs to be on her phone, she's working. In a December 2023 interview with FanDuel TV’s Up & Adams, Berrios shared that the two help each other out.
“She does a great job with doing her work and then putting the phone down and doing everything else," he explained. “Then, when she picks up the phone, I completely understand it's work."
“It’s never been an issue. It doesn’t bother me,” he added. “Honestly, to me, I met her, I understood, learned what she did and you understand that this is how she makes her money. This is her career. This is what she loves to do.”

After two years of dating, Earle and Berrios marked a major milestone in their relationship by moving in together. Earle shared the news by posting a video of herself getting ready in her "new room" in Berrios' home in Miami. Earle later told E! News that she already started putting her personal touch on his home.
“I already started moving my stuff in,” she told the outlet in April. “I have my Sports Illustrated posters and different cutouts and things. I was like, ‘It's gonna turn into an Alix den in here.' "
She added that she's already turned a bedroom into her "glam room" and is preparing to "Barbie-fy the Ken house a little bit.”
However, Earle also clarified that they'll be spending less time at their shared home, because they'll be in Houston during the 2025 NFL season.
“We're roommates, but he's now in Houston Monday through Friday,” Earle said. “I've just been solo there for a few nights, but I travel so much that I don't even know if I'll be there that often.”
Earle told PEOPLE in May 2025 that even though she's not permanently moving to Houston, she's still "starting to get to know the area a little bit more" ahead of the season.
"Date night spots are really important for Braxton and I — so finding our spots there, our restaurants, finding a coffee spot there was really important," she shared. "Throughout the summer, I'm going to go shopping. Get some more cowboy hats and cowboy boots, and some red and blue!"
