Ravens rookies reported for training camp this week with veterans set to report Tuesday, so inking Green means he can now take the field with his teammates.
The talented pass rusher led the nation with 17 sacks in his final year at Marshall but slipped to the 59th\-overall pick due to off-field questions. He is expected to make an instant impact in the Ravens' outside linebacker rotation.
The Ravens also placed safety Ar'Darius Washington on the active/physically unable to perform list. Washington suffered a torn Achilles in mid-May but is aiming to return to the field in November.
