The Detroit Lions are picking up where they left off from 2024, with a lot of names on the injury list. The Lions had the league’s best record at the end of the regular season, but injuries hampered the team’s hopes in the playoffs when they lost 45-31 in the divisional round.
By Dec. 16, the Lions had 21 players on the injured reserve. Among the biggest names missing for the playoffs were defensive ends Aidan Hutchinson and Marcus Davenport.
