Bills agree to terms with second-round draft pick TJ Sanders

The Bills have their full 2025 draft class in the fold … finally.

Late Thursday night, ESPN reported that second-round defensive tackle TJ Sanders had agreed to his four-year rookie contract worth a slotted value of $10.645 million, including $10.073 million guaranteed.

Sanders had missed the first three days of activity for rookies at the Bills’ Orchard Park headquarters. The full squad reports to training camp Tuesday in Pittsford, followed by the first practice Wednesday.

Second-round pick signings had been delayed all summer after the first two picks of the round – Cleveland linebacker Carson Schwesinger and Houston receiver Jayden Higgins – signed fully guaranteed contracts, a rarity for a second-round pick.

But the first domino to fall was San Francisco defensive tackle Alfred Collins (pick No. 43). By early Friday morning, seven other second-round picks had signed or agreed to terms, including Sanders (No. 41).
