Arsenal haveannounced a landmark multi-year partnership with Airwallex, a leading global payments and financial services platform, naming the company as the club’s Official Finance Software Partner. The deal, unveiled on Arsenal’s official website, represents a significant step in enhancing both the club’s commercial operations and global fan engagement.

As part of the agreement, Airwallex will serve as the Presenting Partner for Arsenal’s upcoming men’s pre-season tour of East Asia, which includes high-profile fixtures in Singapore and Hong Kong. The partnership will see Airwallex’s advanced financial technology integrated into Arsenal’s operations, starting with payment gateway support during the tour and expanding into long-term improvements across the club’s financial infrastructure.

The deal also grants Airwallex extensive branding rights across both Arsenal’s men’s and women’s first teams. This will allow the company to create exclusive and immersive content for fans during Premier League and Women’s Super League matches at Emirates Stadium.

The partnership reflects Airwallex’s growing footprint in global sports, following its previous sponsorship of Formula One team McLaren Racing. With a valuation of $6.2 billion after a recent Series F fundraising round, the fintech company is aiming to tap into Arsenal’s vast global following to boost brand exposure and showcase its capabilities in areas like payment acceptance, supplier payments, corporate cards, and expense management.

For Arsenal, the agreement aligns with an ongoing strategy to strengthen commercial performance off the pitch. The integration of Airwallex’s financial tools is expected to streamline transactions for fans, enhancing experiences around ticket purchases, merchandise, and stadium concessions both online and at Emirates Stadium.

The deal marks another step in Arsenal’s broader commercial evolution, adding to a growing roster of partnerships with innovative global brands such as TCL, Asahi Super Dry, and Athletic Brewing.
