RB Leipzig star Xavi Simons is reportedly open to a move to the Premier League, with both Arsenal and Chelsea showing strong interest in the Dutch international.
According to talkSPORT, the 22-year-old is expected to leave Leipzig this summer and is keen to test himself in English football.
