Daniel Farke is keen to upgrade Leeds United’s squad before the transfer window closes on 1 September.
More attackers are likely to be high on his shopping list, with the West Yorkshire side only finding the back of the net once in their first three Premier League matches.
Farke has spoken about the need for strengthening up top at Leeds, and mutiple players are believed to be on the Peacocks’ radar.
Eduard Spertsyan has been linked to Leeds multiple times over the past year.
Now, Farke could look to make a move for the attacking midfielder before the window slams shut.

The question for Farke and Leeds is whether Spertsyan can replicate this form in a much harder division.
It would no doubt be a risky signing. However, if Farke can ensure that the 25-year-old quickly adapts to the Premier League, the attacking midfielder could easily be the difference between promotion and relegation.
