Brentford striker Yoane Wissa has spoken out after his desire to move this summer, amid interest from Newcastle United, GIVEMESPORT senior correspondent Ben Jacobs has relayed.
The Magpies are in the market for new additions in attack, with Callum Wilson leaving the club earlier in the transfer window at the end of his contract, before joining West Ham United. Newcastle have secured the signing of Nick Woltemade, while speculation also surrounds the future of striker Alexander Isak, who has been heavily linked with a move to Liverpool.
As a result, bringing in more options in the striker position has been a priority for the North East club. Although Woltemade has arrived through the door, another striker could be on their way.
