What's New in NBA 2K26 MyTEAM and MyCAREER
Returning players can look forward to new features and gameplay mechanics in NBA 2K26's flagship game modes MyTEAM and MyCAREER, the two game modes where the locker codes above apply.
MyTEAM, for the first time, features WNBA players in the game. This means collectors will have to work twice as hard to collect both the NBA and WNBA cards available in the game. The basic premise of MyTEAM remains the same: open packs and collect new superstar cards, and build the best NBA team of all time. Breakout has expanded, and the all-new All-Star Team Up allows players to play 5v5 with 10 players, and the 2v2 Team Up allows players to play 2v2 for the first time in the game. There are also more slots for coach cards, which will make the coach cards you earn from the codes more useful.
MyCAREER, on the other hand features two story paths: you may choose to go straight to the draft or follow your MP's journey as he tries to get the attention of the scouts in his final Club Year before becoming eligible. The game also features a new MyPLAYER Builder for a more versatile tool to create your MP.
