As the Serbian Basketball Federation announced, Bogdanovic suffered a hamstring rupture.
After check-ups completed by both Serbia's and LA Clippers' medical staff, it was determined that it is not possible for Bogdanovic to return during this tournament.
In the same statement, the Serbian Federation announced that Bogdanovic will return to the USA, where he will undergo intensive treatment for his injured hamstring, in agreement with the LA Clippers.
Stefan Jovic will take over the captain duties from Bogdanovic.
