Jack Grealish is clearly enjoying life on loan at Everton.

Since making the move from Man City, Grealish has been nothing but a breath of fresh air to watch for the Toffees.

The Englishman registered two assists in Everton’s 3-2 victory over Wolves, having done the exact same in their previous triumph against Brighton.

Grealish had a troubled time at Man City, and he has seemingly fired a dig towards Pep Guardiola with a post that was very quickly taken down from his Instagram.

Pep Guardiola failed to utilise Jack Grealish

Grealish has four assists in his last two games for Everton, which is just one less than he managed last season, and one more than he managed in the 2023/24 campaign with Man City.

MORE TOFFEES STORIES

It isn’t a coincidence; it’s a result achieved from David Moyes putting faith in the 29-year-old and giving him the license to do what he does best.

While the likes of Iliman Ndiaye and Tyler Dibling will contribute, Grealish is the main man at Everton this season, showcased by the fact that he has started the last three games in a row.

Via his Instagram, Grealish acknowledged that, sharing a screenshot of the fact that it is the first time he’s started three games in a row since September last year.

The caption reads: “Feels so good to finally play three games in a row,” with the post swiftly taken down, though not before supporters were able to grab a screenshot.

Everton have something special brewing this season

Despite the concern that emerged from Everton’s opening day defeat to Leeds, things have improved significantly ever since.

Not only on the pitch, but also off of it.

Dibling’s arrival was yet another statement made by Everton, who could be looking to bring one or two more new faces to Merseyside before Monday’s transfer deadline.

Moyes is doing a fine job, and the recruitment by The Friedkin Group is starting to pay off.
