Nottingham Forest are still in the hunt for winger, and there is not long left to secure one with the transfer deadline approaching.
Dilane Bakwa has been a long-term target for Nuno Espirito Santo this summer, and he looked set to be the priority for cover out wide.
However, recent links have suggested that Dodie Lukebakio is wanted by Nottingham Forest, and that Lee Kang-In was also on Edu’s radar.
It would not be out of line to think that Bakwa has fallen down the shortlist based on these reports, but a new update about the Strasbourg man has now emerged.

Nottingham Forest still targeting Dilane Bakwa
Nottingham Forest are still in the race for Dilane Bakwa, according to journalist Lyall Thomas.
The update suggests that the Tricky Trees could face competition from fellow Premier League side Fulham, although the Cottagers are prioritising Samuel Chukwueze.
The recent links to other wide men could instead just be Edu doing his due diligence.
MORE FOREST STORIES
If a move for Bakwa cannot be finalised ahead of the deadline, then having other options lined-up is smart from the board.
Either way, it does look like another forward will be added to the Forest squad.
Dodie Lukebakio vs. Dilane Bakwa stats last season
PSG are refusing to sell Lee Kang-In so the most likely options for Nottingham Forest are Dodie Lukebakio and Dilane Bakwa.
When stacked up against each other, the two performed similarly last season in terms of goal contributions.
Player Goals Assists
Dodie Lukebakio 11 2
Dilane Bakwa 6 8
The French winger did achieve one more goal contribution than the Belgian and actually achieved it with eight fewer appearances.
Bakwa is also four years younger, and would offer a longer resale value, as well as more potential. Lukebakio would provide more experience, however.
It remains to be seen who Forest end up with, but both players have certainly shown they can impact their team.
Either signing would be a great addition to Nuno’s squad.
