Former Denver Nuggets forward Michael Porter Jr. recently weighed in on the ongoing GOAT debate, placing his former teammate Nikola Jokic at the top.

When asked who he believes is the GOAT, Porter said during the Plaqueboymax stream, “I’m going Nikola Jokic. The reason I say that is because he could have won MVP five years in a row. Can you name another player that could’ve won MVP five years?”
Porter’s praise comes as no surprise given Jokic’s stellar resume. The Serbian center has claimed three MVP awards (2021, 2022, 2024), a Finals MVP, and led the Nuggets to their first NBA championship in 2023.
Since entering the league in 2015, Jokic has been the engine of Denver’s offense. He is an eight-time All-NBA selection, including five First Team honors, and a seven-time All-Star.
