'Magnificent' - Bruno Fernandes in awe as ex-Man Utd target scores ludicrous hat-trick, 10/10 rating

Bruno Fernandes has reacted to a former Manchester United target scoring a quite ridiculous hat-trick.

Fernandes was Manchester United’s hero against Burnley, with the Portuguese magnifico scoring twice, once in the 97th minute to give the Red Devils their first win of the Premier League campaign.

Joao Neves shines for PSG

Joao Neves was on the radar of Manchester United last season, and they’ll be gutted they missed out after his most recent performance.

Fans are dubbing Neves’ hat-trick for PSG the greatest hat-trick of all-time, and for good reason. Two were overhead kicks, whilst the third was a screamer from the edge of the box.

The 20-year-old’s showing was that good, he became only the 20th player ever to be awarded the L’Equipe 10/10 rating.

And to think – Manchester United missed out, and got Manuel Ugarte instead.

Manchester United’s club captain is obviously the international teammate of Neves, and he reacted to his showing on Instagram. He wrote: ‘Magnifique!’ as he commented on his post.

United could seriously do with a player like Neves, alas, he’s with the European champions instead.
