Deadline day is here, and it looks likely to be a busy one for Manchester United, with incomings and outgoings on the table.
Often billed as the busiest day of the year by those involved in football, this year, that looks set to ring true for Manchester United, with plenty of work to do.
The day will be dominated by United’s hunt to upgrade in the goalkeeping department, with errors from both Altay Bayindir and Andre Onana making an addition imperative.
United are pushing to sign Emiliano Martinez from Aston Villa, with personal terms agreed as talks continue.
Meanwhile, United remain in the running to sign Senne Lammens, and it looks certain that one of the two will arrive.
United will also have plenty of departures happening throughout the day, with Rasmus Hojlund set to be announced by Napoli, heading on loan with an obligation to buy.
But numerous others need to make a move before the 7 pm deadline.

Antony
One player that it would be a real shock to see remain beyond the deadline is Antony. Despite his loan success, the Brazilian has yet to find himself a new club this summer.
More United News
Real Betis and United agreed a deal for Antony on Friday, which was valued at around £25 million. However, the agreement was then gone, as issues arose in the deal with Antony expecting United to pay him off, which the club has refused.
The deal should still go through, as all parties want it to happen, but it could go right to the deadline.
Jadon Sancho
This is the third successive deadline day that Jadon Sancho has been looking for a new club, which speaks volumes as to the player he is.
Sancho has rejected plenty of offers this summer, with finances appearing to be his highest priority.
Unfortunately, United look unlikely to get rid of this problem on deadline day, although the Turkish transfer window is open for another fortnight, which is Sancho’s most likely destination.
Tyrell Malacia
Another member of the so-called ‘bomb squad’ at United, although often forgotten, is Tyrell Malacia, and he is also desperately in need of a move this deadline day.
Malacia has seen very little interest in his services this summer, and Ruben Amorim has made it very clear that the Dutchman has no place in his squad.
Malacia has had interest from Elche, but that now needs to accelerate as he cannot be at Old Trafford for the 2025/26 season.
Harry Amass
Harry Amass has had a summer-long hunt for a loan move after Amorim left him out of the first team pre-season, with regular senior minutes set to be beneficial.
Amass has had 15 clubs interested in his signature, including Eredivisie holders PSV, although he is expected to be Championship-bound.
Amass is set to move to Sheffield Wednesday on loan, although talks are ongoing. Amass needs this move to come together, and we can’t see anything but completion.
Ethan Ennis
Similar to Amass, finding a deadline day loan for Ethan Ennis is vital for United to help continue his development.
Ennis looked too good for U21 football upon his return from a loan at Doncaster Rovers, which was a disappointing spell for the talent.
Rumours ahead of deadline day suggest Ennis will head on loan to Fleetwood Town, which is a good move for the youngster; hopefully, it happens.
Sam Mather
Another U21 talent who needs to head on loan this summer prior to the window shutting, is Sam Mather.
Mather has been linked with a loan abroad this summer, and he will be hoping to make this move happen in the next 14 hours or so.
Mather is 21 on Wednesday and therefore really needs to be playing senior football opposed to U21, over the coming campaign.
Gabriele Biancheri
Finally, one option for United to send on loan before the deadline is Gabriele Biancheri, with the 18-year-old stuck in limbo at Old Trafford.
Stuck behind Chido Obi at U21 level and too old for the U18s, Biancheri could struggle for minutes this year, and therefore, the club should be looking to ship him on loan.
United in Focus exclusively revealed that Biancheri has been wanted by Cardiff City on loan, and this would be an exciting move that benefits the talented forward.
