Deadline day is in full swing, and Wolves have business to do.
As the hours tick by, speculation is growing around Wolves, both on incomings and potential sales.
Vitor Pereira has spoken about the need for signings, but has been rather tight-lipped about players going the other way.

But there’s a definite need for outgoing moves as pressure builds on the club to sort out the squad before 7 pm today.
At least one sale expected for Wolves on deadline day
Sky Sports News is covering all the action on the final day of the window, chatting to Kirsty Austin at Molineux to find out what’s in the works.
Speaking at 10:45 am, she reports: “His arrival means there would be too many non-homegrown players in the Wolves squad. We’re expecting to see at least one departure. It looks like that could be Sasa Kalajdzic going out on loan.”

Kalajdzic’s potential loan move was expected going into today, but no concrete news has emerged.

Certainly, Wolves have to see one non-homegrown player leave, but that would need to be increased to two if they are to bring in a non-domestically developed midfielder.
It could be too late for Wolves to sign a midfielder
In a concerning development, it appears Wolves mightn’t have time to get the midfielder Vitor Pereira has asked for.
Austin continues: “It could be too late in the day to get a midfielder over the line today, but they could look at free agents. Josh Brownhill, former Burnley captain, is certainly one option they’ve been looking at.”

Brownhill is a promising option post-deadline if no transfer gets done, but there’s no guarantee he agrees to a Molineux move.
If she’s correct, and no midfielder gets sorted today, that would be a massive blow for Wolves.
We’ll be keeping a close eye on developments as they emerge.
