Karren Brady has already made headlines with her jaw-dropping weight loss transformation, but the Baroness ditched her glamorous new image for a more low-key look last week.
The Apprentice star, 56, swapped her stylish dresses for a casual trench coat and a £5,000 Chanel handbag during an outing in London.
While she has been showing off her stunning new appearance on social media, Karren was makeup free as she headed out for the day.
The West Ham United vice-chairman sent social media into a frenzy when she unveiled her new look earlier this month.
Karren cinched her tiny waist with a gold Chanel belt and sported a glam make-up palette with her caramel locks styled into loose curls.
The Baroness also shared a photo of her recent skin-tightening procedure on her arms as she revealed she has undergone a course of Exion skin-tightening with radio frequency.

Karren has left her Instagram followers stunned after debuting a dramatic new appearance
She explained: 'Exion uses radiofrequency and targeted ultrasound to naturally boost hyaluronic acid by up to 224%, while stimulating collagen and elastin for smoother, firmer, more youthful-looking skin - all with no needles, no pain, and no downtime.'
However Karren's followers were more distracted by her head to toe transformation, rather than focusing on her arms.
Rushing to the comments, some were quick to praise Karren while others speculated she may have slimmed down as a result of weight-loss jabs and was now 'too skinny' - despite the star previously denying she'd used the medication.
They wrote: 'Yup - another Ozempic win'; 'Cricky you look so skinny'; 'Ozempic again'; 'What have you done to yourself?'; 'Nope sorry, the line of massively underweight has been crossed'; 'For a second I really thought it was a different person; 'Weight-loss jabs?'.
Last year, Lord Sugar's adviser on the BBC TV show spoke exclusively to the Mail on Sunday, saying: 'I have lost quite a bit,' as she showcased her slender frame while attending the Chain of Hope Gala.
But she insisted her willowy figure is not a result of taking the new weight-loss drugs such as Ozempic but from 'bloody hard work'.
The businesswoman said she doesn't know how much she has lost in total as 'I don't weigh myself' but thought it was more than a stone, and went onto explain her recent weight-loss was triggered by becoming a grandmother.

Karren had said back in 2010 when she joined The Apprentice, she feared she would look 'posh and fat'
Karren is set to become a grandmother again later this year, after her daughter Sophia Peschisolido revealed she's expecting her second child with her fiancé Frankie Makin
'I have been on a health kick, I became a grandma, and I wanted to be a fit healthy grandma, so I started eating healthy and exercising.
'I haven't joined [the Ozempic Club] - bloody hard work. It is okay losing it, it is keeping it off.
'I have lost quite a bit - I don't know though as I don't weigh myself. I feel better for it. It is good because everything you put on fits.'
In a revealing interview with the Radio Times when she first joined The Apprentice in 2010, Karren admitted: 'I worry I look posh and fat,' adding: 'I've spent 20 years battling my weight. Alan's so fit and slim I look huge in comparison.'
But Karren who is the vice chairman of West Ham United, said Lord Sugar was something of a heath kick buddy.
'He is great he is very fit. He and my husband cycle when we go away on holiday. He is super fit himself so if anyone is giving tips it is him to me.
'We went around Italy which was lovely on Lord Sugar's boat. It was incredible. He is really lovely and has a wonderful family.'
In April Karren's daughter Sophia Peschisolido revealed she's pregnant with her second child.
The Apprentice star is set to become a grandmother once again, just a year after Sophia welcomed a son with her fiancé Frankie Makin.
Sharing the news of her pregnancy on Instagram, Sophia shared a sweet video of herself and Frankie on the beach in Dubai in the son, with her bump on full display.
She captioned the post: 'coming soon… baby #2.'
Karren spoke about being a grandmother on The Apprentice You're Hired earlier this year.
She said: 'He is the most beautiful little boy in the world and my daughter is a natural mother.
'Mother and baby are doing so well and I am so proud of her and her family and her husband and everyone is really well so it is great.'
