Galatasaray are reportedly in advanced negotiations to sign Manchester City midfielder Ilkay Gundogan.
The 34-year-old returned to Man City last summer after spending just a season with Catalan giants Barcelona.
Gundogan signed an initial one-year contract before a 12-month extension was triggered earlier this summer.
However, that extension has not stopped Gundogan from being linked with a move away before the end of the summer transfer window.

Galatasaray progressing with Gundogan pursuit
Galatasaray have been linked with a move for Gundogan throughout the summer, and it now appears they are making significant progress in their pursuit.
According to transfer expert Fabrizio Romano, Galatasaray are in 'advanced discussions' over a deal to sign the veteran midfielder.
The Turkish Super Lig champions have already presented Gundogan's camp with their initial proposal.
Gunodgan is understood to be considering his options before he decides whether to give the green light to Galatasaray.
Okan Buruk's side do not necessarily have to rush the move, with the Turkish transfer window open until September 11.

Why would Man City allow Gundogan to depart?
Gundogan has been a great servant to Man City during his 358 appearances for the club; however, at 34, he is entering the latter stages of his career.
The Citizens have made an effort to refresh their squad over the past two transfer windows, including the arrival of Tijjani Reijnders from AC Milan.
Man City boss Pep Guardiola can currently call upon Reijnders, Rodri, Nico Gonzalez, Nico O'Reilly and Bernardo Silva as his midfield options.
As a result, Gundogan has fallen down the pecking order at the Etihad Stadium and is yet to make an appearance for Man City this season.
With that in mind, it seems like the right time for Gundogan to bid farewell to Man City for the second time to try a new challenge elsewhere.
A move to Galatasaray would also allow Gundogan to continue to play in the Champions League, with the Turkish club set to compete in the 2025-26 league phase.
Gundogan would get the chance to face Man City when Galatasaray travel to the Etihad Stadium on the final matchday of the league phase in January.
