Everton finished a busy transfer window in style when confirming a deadline day loan for German midfielder Merlin Rohl from Freiburg. It means David Moyes has strengthened his squad significantly after bringing in the Jack Grealish, Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall and Thierno Barry.
In terms of outgoings, Harrison Armstrong has moved on loan to Championship club Preston North End. The Blues have also sanctioned the sale of Youssef Chermiti on a permanent deal for a fee believed to be in the region of £8 million.
