Incomings
Senne Lammens to Manchester United: £18.1 million

United had lined up two deals, one for Senne Lammens and one for Emiliano Martinez. In the end they went for the young Belgian talent from Royal Antwerp.

Outgoings
Antony to Real Betis: £21.6 million
Antony’s long-awaited move to Real Betis was agreed days earlier. And then it was off again, after a disagreement over finances.
As expected the deal eventually got done, with United agreeing a transfer for £19 million up front which will reach £21.6m in add-ons.
It is a significant drop on the expensive fee United paid for him, but the deal also contains a 50 per cent sell-on clause.
