Darko Gyabi departed Leeds United on deadline day.
As a summer that should have been full of excitement, it ended in nothing but disappointment for Leeds, who failed to make any new additions in the final week of the window.
Leeds pushed to sign Harry Wilson from Fulham, though the deal was pulled at the last minute, leaving the Whites empty-handed when it comes to deadline day arrivals.
Only one deal was announced at Elland Road on Monday, and it concerned the exit of midfielder Gyabi.

Darko Gyabi joins Hull on permanent deal
Gyabi spent the previous campaign on loan at Plymouth, before returning to Elland Road this summer, with concerns over where his future was to be.
MORE LEEDS STORIES
On deadline day, Hull City announced the signing of Gyabi on a permanent deal from Leeds, albeit on a free transfer.
The Tigers have transfer restrictions in place, meaning that they cannot pay any transfer fee for new arrivals, though that will not prevent Leeds from receiving a financial windfall in the future.
According to Hull Live, Leeds have inserted a 50 per cent sell-on clause in his deal at the MKM Stadium, and with no transfer fee involved, it means they will receive half of the fee Hull sells him for, if they choose to do so down the line.
Leeds signed Gyabi for a reported £5million back in 2022, and it seems highly unlikely that they would recoup that fee through the sell-on clause.
Leeds yet to announce Darko Gyabi exit
Leeds fans are furious with the 49ers for a failed deadline day, and it seems as though the Whites are well aware of that.
Even now, Leeds have failed to announce Gyabi’s exit, and you could certainly make a case that it is entirely down to the reaction it would receive.
Daniel Farke could walk out on Leeds as a result, and there will be very few people who would hold anything against him for doing so.
The German, if he does remain at Elland Road, has to find a way to rejuvenate the feeling at Leeds and get some points on the board after the international break.
