Thanasis Antetokounmpo re-signed with the Milwaukee Bucks, and Jeff Teague jokingly recalled of nepotism in the organization, praising Thanasis as they played together in 2021.

This marks his comeback to the NBA after tearing his ACL, and once again playing with his brother Giannis.
Jeff Teague talked on his Club 520 Podcast about the move, as former teammate of Antetokounmpo brothers:
"I see they are running that championship squad back, I might publish a highlight reel as well, run the band back," Teague remarked as he was a part of the Bucks' squad that won a ring in 2021.
"Giannis is a GOAT man, signed his brother, he'll sit on the courtside until he's healthy, and then he returns to the real courtside [bench]."
Teague then started talking seriously about the move:
"Alright, we're talking about nepotism and that kind of stuff, but that boy was drafted too, he can hoop. I ain't never going to say he can't hoop, he obviously can, we just saw his highlights."
"But without Giannis, you just wouldn't think [this would happen]. Giannis is their part-owner, man. I remember getting talked to me that he will sign a two-year deal and I was like shut the f-k up, man. And he did sign that in the end," Teague concluded.
