Manchester United manager Ruben Amorim now has a player who can make his “presence felt” and was “very much respected” by his opponents on the pitch.
The Red Devils concluded their summer transfer business on Monday with deadline day in Europe, with Ineos splashing on big-money signings in the window.
Manchester United did not pass up the opportunity to strengthen key positions in Ruben Amorim’s squad, including adding a new attacking trio to his ranks.
Benjamin Sesko, Bryan Mbeumo and Matheus Cunha all arrived this summer at Old Trafford and have bolstered the options available to Amorim in the United attack.
The Red Devils also welcomed the arrival of Paraguayan wonderkid Diego Leon this summer, while United signed Senne Lammens on deadline day in the summer.

What Ruben Amorim and Man Utd are now told about former Royal Antwerp star Senne Lammens is a real eye-opener
Manchester United sealed the deal for Senne Lammens on Monday and the Red Devils paid an initial fee of £18.1m to sign him from Belgian side Royal Antwerp.

The Red Devils’ fifth – and final – transfer of the summer window included add-ons as part of the deal, but United landed a key target before the market closed.
United manager Ruben Amorim has been left deeply frustrated with the error-prone performances of Altay Bayindir and Andre Onana already in the new season.
Speaking to the ‘United! United! United!’ YouTube channel, Royal Antwerp legend Paul Bistiaux has waxed lyrical about the Red Devils’ latest summer signing.
When asked how well Lammens can perform from set-pieces such as corners, Paul Bistiaux said: “He is. He definitely is. Like I said, he has no obvious weak points.
“I mean, every player has some good qualities and some minor points. On the whole, when you look at Lammens, he scores in every aspect of the ‘keeper profession. He scores well.
“So, he’s commanding. Like I said, he’s not very, you know, he’s young. But he makes his presence felt and he’s very much respected by his teammates and also by his opponents.”

According to BBC Sport, United hold Lammens in high regard and club sources told the publication that the ex-Antwerp player is seen as an “exciting young” prospect.
Paul Bistiaux added that the 23-year-old Belgian shot-stopper is also impressive during penalties and Lammens’ powerful “presence” can be felt during shootouts.
“Like I said, he’s got a very good record,” he continued.
“For instance, in penalty shootouts, he’s absolutely top notch. He stopped, he recently stopped four or five penalties, I think.
“I’m not sure about the exact number, but I know he stopped quite a few. Not only because he’s so good technically [but] because [of] his presence. He’s there; he fills, you know, he fills the goal space, so to speak.”
Lammens is under contract with United until 2030 and could make his Red Devils debut in the first match for the Premier League club after the international break.
