New LeBron James Commercial Is Going Viral

LeBron James is less than two months away from rejoining his Los Angeles Lakers and attempting to storm through the Western Conference and win another title.

At this point in his career, every game is more important because all fans agree that he is nearing the end of his time in the league.

James is still a massive star, and his name carries serious weight.

A new commercial from Nike featuring James is gaining a lot of attention online.

In it, a narrator refers to James as the “Forever King” and talks about all he has accomplished throughout his career.

The spot is dramatic, epic, and will make all fans of James happy.

“He carried the weight of every expectation on his shoulders. But he never broke. We were all witnesses. Every rival was defeated. Every idol was destroyed. He took the crown and kept it,” the narrator says in the spot.

Some people might argue with that point, especially because James hasn’t actually defeated all of his rivals.

In fact, multiple teams have taken James down, including during the playoffs.

But the other point is true: James has had to endure great weight on his shoulders and has battled sky-high expectations since joining the league more than 20 years ago.

Those expectations are massive once again as the new season approaches.

The Lakers always want to reach the playoff promised land, and they need James to help them get there.

But he will have even more assistance this year, and it’ll be the first full season when he isn’t the clear leader for his team.

Those honors are being handed over to Luka Doncic, who may be on the verge of his best season yet.

No matter what happens and no matter who leads the Lakers, James will still be seen as the King.

It’s a nickname he has earned, and one he is very proud of.
