It's been a bright enough start to life back in the Premier League for Leeds United and Daniel Farke's squad with the Whites picking up four points from their first three games.
All three promoted sides had been favourites to go straight back down prior to the season starting, with history not on their side before a ball had been kicked. In the last two years, all six promoted sides have been relegated; and the Whites, Sunderland and Burnley will be hoping they buck that trend.
Unlike last season - when it took until October for a newly-promoted team to win a game - it took until just the second game-week of the 2025/26 campaign.
Leeds saw off Everton at Elland Road, while Sunderland also defeated West Ham United, before the tables were turned the following week with Burnley beating the Black Cats at Turf Moor.

All three clubs have been active in the transfer market, with the Whites signing ten new players for the current campaign. Anton Stach, Noah Okafor, Lucas Perri, Jaka Bijol, Gabriel Gudmundsson, Sean Longstaff, James Justin, Sebastiaan Bornauw, Dominic Calvert-Lewin and Lukas Nmecha all agreed permanent moves to Elland Road this summer.
Leeds are currently in mid-table after three games, but with 35 games remaining, there's plenty time for that to change. Opta Analyst have crunched the numbers and shared a predicted final table - which includes where the Whites will finish.
It's good news for Leeds fans with the predictor showing the Whites in 17th place, estimating they'll finish on 39 points this season.
Sunderland - despite their huge summer transfer spend - are predicted to finish bottom on 36 points, level with fellow newly-promoted side Burnley, who are predicted to finish marginally higher. Wolves make up the bottom three, meanwhile, with a predicted points tally of 37.
