Lady Gaga has, according to the account of a couples Eagles fan websites, offered to sing at the NFL Kickoff game, between the Philadelphia Eagles and the Dallas Cowboys.

Outsports has not been able to find any reference to this potential deal other than a much-hyped post from an Eagles blog that seems to be full of nonsense.
Sorry Monsters, the NFL Kickoff game between the Dallas Cowboys and Philadelphia Eagles most likely won’t feature Lady Gaga singing the National Anthem or any other song ahead of the game or at halftime.
Though if she does, it will be an amazing surprise.

Lady Gaga has performed at the Super Bowl, when the New England Patriots took on the Atlanta Falcons at the big game. She also performed at the Super Bowl earlier this year in New Orleans, ahead of the blowout win by the Eagles over the Kansas City Chiefs.
While there is much hype around this year’s NFL Kickoff game between the defending Super Bowl champions and “America’s Team,” it seems Lady Gaga will likely not be part of the festivities, despite the hope, speculation and rumor.

The Philadelphia Eagles had been mired in mediocrity for many decades, unable to win a Super Bowl. Yet the team has over the last decade won two Super Bowls with two different quarterbacks — Nick Foles and Jalen Hurts — and two different head coaches — Doug Pederson and Nick Sirianni.
Under owner Jeffrey Lurie the team seems to be on the upswing, as they’ve now won more NFL titles over the last eight seasons than any team other than the Kansas City Chiefs.
