Jack Grealish has made a quick start to life at Everton having joined the Merseyside club on loan from Manchester City for the 2025/26 campaign.
The winger has provided four assists during his first three matches with the Toffees, with Grealish making history last time out against Wolves, as the 29-year-old has become the first Everton player to produce two or more assists in consecutive Premier League appearances
Man City have been divided on Grealish ever since he left this summer, with some supporters happy that the Englishman has left as he was not getting the minutes he deserved, while others believe Pep Guardiola should have kept him amid City’s slow start to the season.
Following another impressive display against Wolves, Alan Shearer has noticed a difference in Grealish and even included the Everton star in his best 11 for gameweek three.

Jack Grealish has a new lease of life at Everton
Grealish has made an incredible start to life at Everton, as David Moyes has made him the star of his team, with his teammates often looking to see where the Manchester City loanee is on the pitch when they attack, so the winger can make an impact.
Moyes has been delighted with Grealish so far, with Shearer believing the Scottish coach has given the 29-year-old a new lease of life at the Hill Dickinson Stadium.

“It’s great to see Jack back on the pitch, making things happen and racking up two more assists as Everton won at Wolves. His loan move has given him a new lease of life,” Shearer told the Premier League whilst including the Englishman in his Team of the Week.
Grealish was left out of the England squad for the upcoming international break, but if he continues in the way he has been, there is no doubt that the Everton star will have a place on the plane to the FIFA World Cup next summer.
The impact Jack Grealish has been making at Everton in numbers
Grealish has been one of the most impactful players in the Premier League through three matches, with the winger winning the second-most ground duels (19) in the division, with only Tottenham’s Mohammed Kudus ahead of the Englishman with 23.
The 29-year-old is level with Chelsea’s Joao Pedro when it comes to the most goal contributions, with both attackers tied on four. Increasing these numbers is a goal for Grealish throughout the 2025/26 campaign, as it has been something he has been criticised for in the past.
When it comes to fouls won, Grealish is second on the list with nine; Liverpool’s Cody Gakpo is the only man ahead of the Toffees star.
While Grealish is also in the top five for take-ons and the top ten for the most big chances created for his teammates, which all highlight the form the Englishman is currently in.
