Former Celtic boss Ange Postecoglou is being linked with a swift return to management following his departure from Tottenham Hotspur earlier this summer.
Postecoglou, who led Spurs to their first major trophy in 17 years by winning the Europa League, found himself out of a job after a disappointing domestic campaign saw the North London side slump to 17th in the Premier League. Despite his European success and promises of silverware entering his second season, Spurs opted for a change in direction.
Now, the 58-year-old Australian is reportedly under consideration by both Bayer Leverkusen and Fenerbahçe as they look to appoint new head coaches. Both clubs are exploring fresh options, and Postecoglou’s name has emerged as one being actively discussed.

At Celtic, Postecoglou transformed the club in just two seasons, winning five trophies and implementing an aggressive, fast-paced style of play. That reputation for building teams with a strong identity has made him an attractive candidate across Europe.
Leverkusen, one of Germany’s top clubs with Champions League football this season, could present Postecoglou with a chance to test himself in the Bundesliga. Meanwhile, Fenerbahçe are also hunting for a coach capable of restoring domestic dominance and making an impact on the continental stage.
Postecoglou is said to be open to the right opportunity, and with his stock still relatively high despite his Premier League struggles, a return to management may not be far off.
