It is claimed the FA will now have to pay Forest a ‘significant’ compensation fee set to be in the region of six figures.
Graeme McPherson KC was found to have launched an’unjustified, inappropriate, and personal attack on the club’, which has led to many being left red-faced.

It was April 2024 when the controversy began, after Everton took three points from Forest at Goodison Park.
Everton secured three points with a 2-0 victory against Forest at Goodison Park, where the Reds believed they were hard done by three refereeing decisions.
After the game, Forest issued a brutal response on social media, which read.
“Three extremely poor decisions – three penalties not given – which we simply cannot accept,” Forest said.
“We warned the PGMOL that the VAR is a Luton fan before the game but they didn’t change him. Our patience has been tested multiple times.
