The Indianapolis Colts host the Miami Dolphins to begin the 2025 season.
The contest will mark the 76th all-time regular season matchup between the teams, with Miami leading the series at 46-29. In Week 7 of 2024, the Colts hosted the Dolphins and won, 16-10.
Jim Irsay, the late Owner & CEO of the Indianapolis Colts, will be inducted into the Indianapolis Colts Ring of Honor during a halftime ceremony. Irsay passed away on May 21, 2025.
"There was no bigger advocate for the Colts, the NFL, the city of Indianapolis and the state of Indiana than our dad, Jim Irsay," said Colts Owner & CEO Carlie Irsay-Gordon. "It's only fitting that he now joins the other amazing Colts legends in our Ring of Honor who contributed so much to our franchise and our community over the past four decades."
As owner, Irsay led the Colts to 10 division titles, two AFC Championships, and the club's fourth world championship. He will become the 20th honoree in the Colts Ring of Honor.
