Watch: The WSL is back

There's perhaps no better way to start a new campaign than facing the title holders head on.

New Head Coach Andrée Jeglertz and his team travel to the capital where we face Sonia Bompastor’s Chelsea on Friday 5 September.

Kick-off at Stamford Bridge is scheduled for 19:30 (UK), with all eyes undoubtedly on not only the first game of the new campaign, but also one of the biggest in the calendar.

WSL TICKETS NOW ON SALE

Chelsea went unbeaten last season, so a triumph over our title rivals would be a pretty spectacular way for Jeglertz to begin his Barclays Women’s Super League journey.

And after falling short of placing in the top three last season, the team has been hard at work over the summer, preparing for what is expected to be another tight and testing WSL season.

Like always, every pass, every goal, every block, every moment on that pitch, is for you.

In Friday’s game, and every game.
