The midfielder made her first-team debut as a 16-year-old in 2019, and despite having a breakout season in 2022/23, she hasn't been able to become an Albion regular.
The 22-year-old spent the 2023/24 campaign on loan at Rangers and last season she had a stint at Bristol City. Now, the club have confirmed she will head to the WSL2 for the second season running, this time on loan at Birmingham.
Women’s head coach Dario Vidosic said, "This is another good opportunity for Libby to get regular match minutes.
"She had a positive loan experience with Bristol City last season in the Championship, and we’re eager for her to repeat that. We’re confident that Birmingham will provide Libby with those opportunities this season.
"They will challenge for promotion from the WSL2, and Libby will be working with Amy Merricks, a coach she knows well. We will monitor her progress and wish her the best for the season."
Bance has made 44 appearances for Albion but it seems she is not part of the Sussex side's plans for now. Incidentally, she helped Rangers win two domestic cups during her spell in Scotland.
