Nottingham Forest defender Zach Abbott joined his club teammates Morgan Gibbs-White and Elliot Anderson with the Senior Men’s England squad for training in recent days.
The young defender has been named in the latest England U20s squad for the Young Lions’ friendly against Italy at the SMH Group Stadium on Friday evening.
In the build-up to the match, selected players were invited to train alongside the senior side, with Abbott among those chosen.
