While the performance is decent, it’s what the blonde bombshell is wearing that caught the attention of fans: A skimpy bikini and a large knee brace.

Cunningham suffered the injury during a game against the Connecticut Sun on Aug. 17 when Bria Hartley fell into her knee on a drive.

Cunningham spoke about the incident on the Aug. 20 episode of her Show Me Something podcast and said that she didn’t blame Hartley for the injury.

“I know Bria and I’m actually really good friends with Bria and I have been waiting to get on the pod so we could talk about this because I didn’t want to tweet it out,” Cunningham said.

“I think that there was no ill intent. I think that it was a basketball play. I was just in the wrong spot at the wrong time. She fell. Like, there’s no way that she would go in there and potentially try to hurt me, and so I have nothing but love for Bria.”

On Tuesday, Cunningham shared a picture from her “rehab” session. In the snap, she again is wearing only a bikini while soaking up some sun poolside. She wrote, “You are looking at whereI’m making our trainers do rehab with me today hahaha.”

She previously had posted a clip on TikTok of herself and teammates Lexie Hull chilling poolside in which she sought out a sponsorship deal from a swimsuit brand.

“Convince us there’s a swimsuit brand that wants to partner with two Indiana Fever mermaids,” Cunningham’s caption read.

In her first season since joining the Fever after a trade with the Phoenix Mercury, the 29-year-old Cunningham averaged 8.6 points, 3.5 rebounds and 1.2 assists per game before the injury.

She also served as an enforcer of sorts for superstar Caitlin Clark, who also has had her season derailed by injury.
