The France men’s national basketball team won against Iceland, 114-74 in Katowice for EuroBasket 2025. They now have a 4-1 record in Group D play.
The French never trailed here as they played the lowest-ranked team in their group. Les Bleus led by as many as 46 points at times. Eight players scored double digits in the game, led by Zaccharie Risacher with 15 points. Bilal Coulibaly added 6 points and got the start. For Iceland, Martin Hermannsson led with 15 points on 6-of-8 shooting.
With a 4-1 record, the French will advance to the Round of 16. The opponent is to be determined, but the game will take place on Sunday, Sept. 7. See you then.
