Newcastle United have had a very difficult start to this new Premier League season.
Indeed, the Magpies are yet to win a game this season after a summer that was completely overshadowed by Alexander Isak’s departure.
Isak has now joined Liverpool, and Newcastle can begin to focus on more on-field matters.
The Tyneside club have been unlucky at times this season, particularly against Liverpool when a late goal from Rio Ngumoha cost the Magpies what would have been a valuable point with 10 men.
Speaking on TalkSPORT, Neil Warnock has been discussing Newcastle’s start to this season, and he says that he could have cried for Eddie Howe when Ngumoha scored that goal for Liverpool.

Neil Warnock was nearly in tears after Liverpool beat Newcastle
Warnock spoke about Liverpool’s win over Newcastle.
The former QPR manager says that he couldn’t believe how that game went, claiming that he genuinely could have cried when that last-minute winner went in.
“How they beat Newcastle I will never know. To come up with a goal like that at the end. I could have cried for Eddie Howe that day, because they didn’t deserve to beat them,” Warnock said.
Newcastle’s upcoming fixtures analysed
Newcastle are yet to win a game in the Premier League this season, but they have a great chance of getting off the mark in the next few weeks.
Indeed, after Yoane Wissa signed and Nick Woltemade arrived, the Magpies have more firepower now, and they have some kind games ahead of them.
Wolves look very beatable so far this season as they have lost every game so far, and while Bournemouth are flying high, Newcastle should be able to get something out of that one too.
Arsenal will pose a tough test for the Magpies, but as Eddie Howe’s side showed last season, Newcastle can win those sorts of games if they’re at their best.
