The new fan experience is a collaboration between the Cardinals and local restaurateur Sam Fox, who started Fox Restaurant Concepts. Culinary Dropout, Flower Child and The Arrogant Butcher are among those under the Fox Restaurant Concepts umbrella.
At Thursday’s media showcase for the stadium feature, Cardinals chief operating officer Jeremy Walls explained why the team partnered with Fox.
Walls said the Cardinals “wanted a partner that’s from Arizona, that represents Arizona” and makes them “proud.”
What does Arizona Cardinals’ Casa Roja at the Fifty offer to guests?
Casa Roja at the Fifty features 500 padded seats and a club area underneath the east side seating which offers multiple food items, numerous televisions and a bar.

Fans can enter the club area right at the 50-yard line, with main course options to their left, a bar in the middle and grab-and-go snacks on their right.
The food items include Sonoran dogs, chicken al pastor tacos, chicken tinga quesadillas, churros, crab legs, raw oysters, churros and green chile sliders.
Casa Roja at the Fifty will also have rivalry food items. Shrimp and grits and crab and corn fritters were the rivalry food items featured at Thursday’s event. Those dishes will be served when the Panthers are in town.
Fans can bring the food back with them to their seats and the club area is open 90 minutes prior to the game and an hour after the game.
The Cardinals open their season Sunday in New Orleans at the Saints. Kickoff is at 10 a.m. Arizona time on Arizona Sports 98.7 and the Arizona Sports app.
