Alex Caruso is eager to play a "World Championship" game vs. European champions.
In the previous year, Panathinaikos Aktor Athens' head coach Ergin Ataman was pretty vocal about NBA champions labeling themselves "World Champions".

Ataman suggested in the past that in order to become that, they will have to beat European champions.
Few days ago in a press conference during EuroBasket, Ataman had a similar answer to that question:
"If you want to be a World champion, you must beat the EuroLeague champion. Maybe you must beat the Australian champion as well," Ataman said.
Oklahoma City Thunder won its first NBA championship this summer, and by Ataman's remarks, they'd have to beat Fenerbahce Beko Istanbul, and maybe even the Illawara Hawks to become World champs.
Thunder's Alex Caruso is not against the idea, as he suggested on his Instagram story:
"Lol, let's play the games then," Caruso shortly stated.
