West Ham fans were skeptical of Callum Wilson’s move to the club, but he has started life well under Graham Potter.
Wilson joined West Ham on a free transfer from Newcastle, but Hammers fans were concerned that he would not be good enough for the squad.
However, Wilson’s brilliant header against Nottingham Forest has caused some fans to argue that he should start up front over Niclas Fullkrug.
Further developments during the international break have left Wilson with a big chance that he must seize.

Wilson expected to start following Niclas Fullkrug injury
Bulinews report that Fullkrug has withdrawn from the Germany squad due to a muscular injury.
MORE WEST HAM STORIES
Fullkrug has started every Premier League game for West Ham so far, meaning Wilson is now primed to start at his expense.
Wilson, once hailed as ‘outstanding’ by Newcastle legend Alan Shearer, has been playing Premier League football since 2015, when he was part of Bournemouth’s team that was so successful under Eddie Howe.
His goalscoring record is hugely impressive considering the amount of time the has spent injured.

Fullkrug’s injury another blow for his West Ham career
Fullkrug has been disappointing this season and this muscular injury is another dent into his long-term future at the club.
Last season, Fullkrug played 20 times for West Ham, having to deal with hamstring and Achilles problems.
Even when he is fit, he has been incredibly underwhelming, scoring three goals and two assists in his 20 appearances.
Hammers fans will be in desperate need of Wilson to turn his goal against Nottingham Forest into a goalscoring streak, as West Ham aim to build on their 14th-placed finish last season.
