Arsenal injury update–3 OUT&3 doubts plus next 5 game predictions

The Premier League is currently on hiatus as we enter the first international break of the 2025/26 season. Many of Arsenal’s top stars have travelled to represent their countries – but today, we’ll be giving you a quick injury update on the Gunners.

England are preparing for a pair of fixtures against Andorra and Serbia – but before that, let’s see how Arsenal’s injured squad members are getting on as despite an excellent transfer window at the Emirates the team has some key personnel sidelined right now which boss Mikel Arteta must manage.

Players out injured longer term

Kai Havertz

Kai Havertz is expected to be out of action until late November after he suffered a knee injury he suffered on the first day of the season.

Due to the nature of his injury, Havertz was forced to undergo surgery. While this appears to have corrected the issue, it will keep him off the pitch for several months.

Bukayo Saka

It is unlikely that Bukayo Saka will be fit to play in Arsenal’s Premier League return fixture against Nottingham Forest on September 13. With that being said, he should be back by the end of the month.

He has not been named in Thomas Tuchel’s England squad over the international break – indicating that he is definitely not fully fit as of yet.

Gabriel Jesus

Gabriel Jesus is Arsenal’s longest-term absentee, having suffered a major ACL injury all the way back in January.

He could be back before the end of the year – as things stand, his return status has not been made clear yet.

The Brazilian forward would feel like a new Arsenal signing given his injury issues so could provide a great option for the 2nd part of the season.
