Everton entered the first international break of the season on the back of an extremely successful summer transfer window.
Fans will have to wait until next weekend to see David Moyes’ side back in action, as they face Aston Villa at the Hill Dickinson Stadium.
A number of impressive moves were made by Everton in the window to really bolster the quality of the squad on Merseyside.
Moyes was granted his dream Everton transfers after landing Jack Grealish and Tyler Dibling to add to the frontline.
However, it is not just the shiny new faces who are impressing at Everton this season.
There remain a number of players inherited by Moyes who will flourish with better quality teammates around them.

Everton News previously reported that Everton want Pickford to retire at the club in the future.
This was confirmed by the social media post made by BBC journalist Giulia Bould.
Pickford has received the backing of England fans to be their number one between the sticks ahead of next year’s World Cup.
And it is apparent the £30m signing from Sunderland has the long-term backing of the new owners at Everton to remain the main man in goal for the Toffees.
Jordan Pickford backed by the best in the game
The voting from some England fans may have been closer than Pickford would have hoped, with just over 40 per cent choosing Dean Henderson.
However, those who have played the game have backed Pickford.
Gary Lineker and Alan Shearer praised Pickford for what he has shown in an England shirt over the years.
The 31-year-old has barely put a foot wrong for the Three Lions, but Pickford’s Everton heroics have raised concerns from Jamie Carragher.
Granted, Pickford has not played football on the elite European stage, but he has saved Everton from relegation for a number of years now.
With the Toffees looking like they have a much brighter future ahead of them, it looks as if the Friedkins are now ready to reward Pickford for his solid efforts over the years.
